Q: How far in advance do I need to place an order?
Creating tiny works of edible art takes time and planning! I strongly suggest placing your order 3-4 weeks before the event. I do invite you to call and ask as some weeks are lighter than others. Keep in mind, there are certain times of the year that my calendar fills up fast, and gets booked weeks and sometimes months in advance. For example, Holidays where I hold pre-sales I do not take many custom orders around that time. So if you know you would like cookies for a popular occasion or event, it's a good idea to place your order further in advance to avoid disappointment. There are certain times of year my calendar fills up faster, for example, holiday weeks, so for those dates, earlier is always better!
Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, 2 Dozen.
Q: I need Mickey Mouse/Star Wars/Little Mermaid/sports team logos… can you do those?
I do not offer character cookies or cookies of copyrighted designs (unless you can obtain written permission from the creator.)I can coordinate to any of these themes, without doing the characters. Disney is notorious for targeting small business for copyright infringement. You can always ask, but do not be surprised when I am unable to do so. I do have a license to create the Arkansas Razorback and Hog images so that is all good.
Q: How long will my cookies stay fresh?
I individually heat-seal all cookies for maximum freshness. Cookies will stay fresh on the counter for a few weeks. You can also freeze your cookies, let your cookies thaw completely in the sealed bags before opening.
Q: Where and when do i pick up my order?
You will select Springdale porch pickup or Fayetteville Brick City shops for pickup! Hoping to have a north NWA pickup spot soon!
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
I do understand that things happen that are beyond our control. I will try to be flexible in rescheduling or fully cancelling the order. I will fully refund your order or credit you for a future order if it is more than 14 days before the event. If it is less than 14 days before your event, no refunds can be given. If for any reason I have to cancel, there will be a full refund given.
Q: Do you ship, do pick ups or deliver?
I currently do not offer shipping. Cookies are available for pick up from my home in Fayetteville, Ar. My address will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. I will deliver your cookies anywhere in the Northwest Arkansas area to any business/dorm/etc. for a $10 fee
Q: In a hurry?
While I can't accomodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed within a turnaround time of 10 days or under will require a 20% rush fee applied to the total price of the cookies.
Q: How do I place an order?
Email me! Please include the following details if you can:
- Date of event
- Date you want the cookies in your hands
- Theme
- Possible cookie designs/ideas (I can use invitations/decorations for inspiration!)
- Quantity
Due to the custom nature of my cookies, no refunds/returns/ or exchanges are allowed. If you have placed a deposit for a cookie order but need to cancel the order, that deposit will not be returned but can be used towards a future order.

All of my cookies are home produced and processed in a kitchen that may process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish.
